Switch Kit

Our Switch Kit includes everything you need to make the transition from your old financial institution a smooth one. In just five easy steps, you can be on your way to enjoying all the benefits of South Jersey Federal Credit Union membership:

Step 1: To open your account, you must first become a Member by completeing our Membership Application. Please note that you must bring the completed application to any South Jersey Federal Credit Union branch along with your initial deposit and one-time membership fee. Applications for membership can not be submitted online. You will also be required to present appropriate documentation to confirm your identity when applying for membership.

If you are already a member of South Jersey Federal Credit Union, go directly to Step 2.

Step 2: Once you have your South Jersey Federal Credit Union account number, open your Checking Account by completing and printing our form.

Step 3: Switch direct deposits and automatic deposits using the Request for Direct Deposit or Payroll Deduction Form.

Step 4: Change automatic payments and withdrawals using the Authorization to Change Automatic Payment Form.

Step 5: Close all other savings, checking & bill payment accounts using the Authorization to Close Account Form.
