South Jersey Federal Credit Union Honored
by Gloucester County branch of NAACP

Deptford, NJ – (December 14, 2009) – As its national organization marked its 100th anniversary, the Gloucester County branch of the NAACP honored South Jersey Federal Credit Union at the NAACP’s annual “Freedom Fund” awards banquet.

SJFCU received the organization’s “Freedom Fighter” Award in the Corporate category for its work and service in the local communities.

Philip S. Warner, Sr., president of the Gloucester County NAACP branch, visited SJFCU’s new Corporate Center to personally deliver the plaque commemorating the award. Warner, at right, presented the plaque to SJFCU President/CEO Benjamin T. Griffith, at left.
